**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:Looking for a result-driven AGM or GM to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales through Digital Process.

**Job Title: AGM/GM**

**Functional: Digital Sales**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Expecting good skill set in handling Training and Quality departments.
- Experience in NACH process and co-ordination with HO operations for smooth functioning.
- To be efficient in Analysis, process improvement, Excel, call flow management in tele calling unit, managing reports and need to work closely with all verticals to take business to the next level.
- Should have administrative skill sets to handle to branch admin and HR co-ordination.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 12 + years of experience in Sales BPO.
- On-the-job training.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence and with strong negotiating skills.
- Computer literate.
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
- Preferred from inbound sales call center only with Life Insurance Experience.

**Additional Skill Required **:Good command on English & Telugu.

**Any Other Specification **:Strong Interpersonal skill /Team Player.

**Salary**: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
