- **
- Assisting Managers, Director & Chairman
interfacing with teams.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele Performing
office duties.
- Should have good knowledge of using Google Sheets & well versed with Formulas like Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivots, Conditional formatting, etc.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees and clients.
- Maintain schedules and calendars
- Assisting in HR related or other administrative works
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
