Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Pune

/Part-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers with their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Operations, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhance the customer service experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service to better assist customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security regulations, to protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including response time, customer satisfaction metrics, and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of customer

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
