**Job Title: Digital Sales Specialist**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential threats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and generate sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing technologies, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in digital sales, with at least X years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Certification in digital marketing or sales (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Sales) is a plus.
