**Job Title: Telesales Executive (Insurance)**

**Job Overview**:
As a Telesales Executive in the insurance sector, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone, promoting insurance products, and securing sales. Your role involves effectively communicating product features and benefits, addressing customer queries, and meeting sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of promoting and selling insurance products.
- Follow established scripts and sales processes to convey product information effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of various insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms to potential customers.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify leads through outbound calling efforts.
- Use lead generation tools and databases to gather information on potential customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through clear communication and effective follow-up.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and timely information.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to insurance sales.
- Ensure that all sales processes are in compliance with industry standards.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other sales team members, underwriters, and support staff to streamline sales processes.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with insurance products and terminology.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident in sales pitches.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales software and CRM systems.
- **Results-Driven**:

- Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
