- Maintain in-depth knowledge of various insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms to potential customers.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify and qualify leads through outbound calling efforts.
- Use lead generation tools and databases to gather information on potential customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through clear communication and effective follow-up.
