Roles and Responsibilities:
**Partner with the Business**: Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR support and guidance aligned with business objectives.-
**Talent Acquisition**: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent, conduct interviews, and participate in the selection process.-
**Performance Management**: Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and development plans.-
**Employee Engagement**: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and promote employee well-being.-
**Employee Relations**: Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, resolve employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.-
**Organizational Development**: Collaborate with business leaders to identify organizational development needs, facilitate organizational changes, and drive employee development and training programs.-
**HR Analytics**: Leverage HR analytics and data to drive insights and make informed decisions, including talent retention, succession planning, and workforce diversity.-
**Benefits and Compensation**: Support the administration of benefits programs, assist in compensation analysis, and ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.-
**HR Policies and Compliance**: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.-
**Employee Communication**: Facilitate effective communication channels between management and employees, ensuring transparency and timely dissemination of important information.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.-
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.-
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within the organization.-
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus._
