**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Manager for our SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) product, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise.

**Work location**: Sector 44, Gurgaon (near HUDA City Centre metro station)

**Compensation**: CTC of Rs. 3,60,000 to 4,80,000 per annum

**Responsibilities**
- **SEO**: Implement SEO techniques to improve website visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic
- **SEO**: Manage the submission of guest posts and the creation of backlinks to improve SEO rankings
- **Paid Marketing**: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels to maximize ROI
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content optimized for search engines and resonating with target audiences
- **Social Media**: Manage social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), create engaging content, and leverage trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- **Website**: Oversee website management, conduct A/B tests, and optimize for user engagement, conversions, and search engines
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use analytics tools to track KPIs, generate reports, and derive data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement
- **Keep Improving**: Stay updated with industry trends, implement innovative strategies, and maintain a competitive edge in digital marketing and the SaaS industry

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years full-time experience as a Digital Marketing professional, preferably in a SaaS product company or a similar technology-driven industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and budgets across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on ROI
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset and ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
