Job Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for the overall operation of the office, ensuring that it runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company policies. They oversee administrative duties and manage a wide range of activities including, but not limited to, office management, human resources, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure the office is well-maintained and in good working order.
- Oversee human resources functions such as employee benefits administration, payroll processing, and performance management.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures, and ensure they are followed by all staff.
- Work with the Group Accountant to administer the office budget and financial reports, and ensure that financial procedures are in line with company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and other third-party partners.
- Support senior management and other staff as needed, and handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in office management best practices and technology, and implement improvements where necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an office manager or administrative manager.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations in a professional manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
