Guest Service Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Provide information to guests about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and room service.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling payments.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information.
- Uphold company standards for customer service excellence at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Delhi NCR
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
