**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Lead Generation**: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.

**Qualification**: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and assess their suitability for the company's products/services.

**Sales Presentations**: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of the products/services offered.

**Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals and secure contracts.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Sales Reporting**: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- High level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
