Education:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

**Experience**:

- Maximum 5 years of Experience as Inside sales
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as sales experience, preferably in the natural stone, construction, or building materials industry.

**PROFILE INTRODUCTION:

As an Inside Sales Representative for Marble and Granite, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of marble and granite products to customers.

**RESPONSIBITITIES:

- **
- **Sales Presentations**: Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our marble and granite products.
- **Quoting and Pricing**: Provide accurate product quotes and pricing information to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Order Processing**: Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantity, and shipping details.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to make informed sales decisions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order information.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the sales team, product specialists, and other departments to provide comprehensive support to customers.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the product and management teams for continuous improvement.

**REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey technical information to customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales software for managing customer interactions and orders.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of marble and granite products is a plus but can be acquired on the job.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
