**Job Title: Education Liaison Officer**

As an Education Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration between educational institutions, students, parents, and relevant stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our educational institution and its programs, establish and maintain relationships with schools and community organizations, and support prospective students through the admissions process. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for current students, providing guidance and assistance to ensure their success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Promotion and Outreach**: Develop and implement strategies to promote our educational institution and its programs to prospective students, parents, teachers, and guidance counselors.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with high schools, community colleges, vocational schools, and other educational partners to facilitate recruitment efforts and information sharing.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and participate in recruitment events such as college fairs, open houses, information sessions, and school visits to attract potential students and provide them with relevant information.
- **Student Support**: Serve as a point of contact for current students, offering support, guidance, and resources to help them navigate their educational journey and address any challenges they may encounter.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, student interactions, and admissions-related data to track progress and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including admissions officers, academic advisors, and faculty members, to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and institutional goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or education-related roles preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with students, families, educators, and community members.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- **Knowledge of Educational Systems**: Familiarity with the education system, admissions processes, and financial aid options, preferably in the context of higher education.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software or student information systems is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
