**NGO LIAISON OFFICER**

**ABOUT MANAGE HEALTH FOUNDATION**

Manage Health Foundation is NGO working with focus on Advocacy, Patient Support Programs, Continuous Medical Education. The NGO collaborates with Professional Healthcare, Associations, Hospital Groups and NGO’s with National & International presence to achieve the objectives laid by the founders.

Manage Health Foundation is member of Cancer Care India which is the Apex body of NGO’s working in the field of Cancer Care in India and abroad

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Possessing deep understanding of the NGO’s vision and goals
- Experience and proficient in administrative procedures, managing files and records
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel a must.
- Interest and understanding of the non-profit sector and health care sector
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Coordinate between multiple projects and programs and work closely with stake holders.
- Excellent team management skills
- Excellent planning and presentation skills
- Good budgeting and fundraising and negotiation skills
- Be the public face of the NGO and serve as liaison between Foundation volunteers, staff, and Board of Directors.
- Identify fundraising strategies that benefit and complement the mission and vision of the NGO
- Ability to multi-task and take up responsibilities beyond the scope of the exact role
- Regularly doing Cold calling to potential Clients and generate funds for needy patients.
- Acquire new donors and create lead for potential donors.
- Well versed with tele calling. Good convincing skills. Approach HNI Clients and raise funds for Cancer Patients.
- Building good relationships, both with the beneficiaries and the stakeholders of the NGO.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and legal requirements.
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Develop, implement, and evaluate existing/new programs and services that support the mission.
- Empathetic and helpful attitude in handling and guiding the patient’s family and caregivers
- Engage the external community as to build and maintain essential relationships
- Oversee all written communication, including Annual Report, brochures, fundraising materials, patient communications, etc. and ensure communication is consistent with the mission of the Foundation.

**Skills and competencies required for the role**

**Experience**
- Advanced studies and at least one year professional experience, ideally in an NGO

**Competences**
- A high level of written and spoken English and regional languages is must.
- Able to deliver quality results under time constraints in a fast-paced environment

**Personality**
- Great team player, able to work with ease with people of different backgrounds and culture.
- Passionate about quality, delivering on time and exceeding expectations.
- An enquiring mind, willing to learn about global health and cancer specifically.
