**Lead Management**:

- Source and validate sales leads from different channels.
- Follow up on leads, providing necessary information, and addressing inquiries.

**Negotiation and Conversion**:

- Present EleWrap Studio's offerings to potential clients effectively.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Convert leads into successful partnerships.

**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to the management team for product and service enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in sales.
- Fluent in English & Kannada
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a bike for field sales.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
