**Position: Sales Intern**
**Location: Remote**
**Duration: 3 months**
**Job Summary**:As a Sales Intern at Insights Node, you will work closely with our Sales team to support and execute various sales initiatives, strategies, and campaigns. You will have the opportunity to learn about the educational technology industry, gain valuable hands-on experience in sales processes, and contribute to expanding our customer base. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced startup environment, fostering professional growth and skill development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Sales team in prospecting potential clients, generating leads, and identifying new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor sales approaches effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Support the preparation of sales contracts, proposals, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and calls to observe and learn effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, webinars, and conferences to showcase Insights Node's products and services.
- Provide post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred) OR recent graduate with a degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong interest in education technology, startups, and sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preferred to have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to embrace challenges and new opportunities.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or relevant internships is advantageous but not mandatory.
