Client Service Coordinator

In this position you will work as part of USA based client.
Our client is a growing Real Estate and Property Management Company. Our client's goal is to help their clients get the best value in Real Estate transactions by leveraging a combination of our experience and the latest tools and technologies. Our team works hard to provide excellent service, whether a client is purchasing a new home, selling a home, buying investment property such as a rental home, land, or a vacation home, or renting a home as a tenant or a homeowner.
**Technical Skills & Qualifications**:
Be a self-starter and have a go-getter attitude
Ability to work in a fast pace culture
Professional and reliable
**Should have prior work expreience in Property Management - Atleast 2 years**
Detail-oriented with a very high level of accuracy.
Ability to solve problems quickly start to finish
The ability to multi-task and stay organized is a must
Receptive to feedback
Proficient with computer software programs i.e learning new programs/software as well as being proficient with Gmail/Gdocs/Gsheets, Smart Phones, etc.
**Responsibilities**:
Processing all new work orders that come in from tenants and homeowners
Corresponding the repair with vendors, tenants, and homeowners.
Answering the phone system in a friendly and professional manner
Managing and setting appointments on active calendars
Preparing correspondence

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
