JOB PURPOSE: Overall responsible to manage accounting for receivables, maintaining general ledger, performing budgeting exercise and providing management reporting, including Operations Management, Controls Management, Managerial Responsibility.
S.NO Role & Responsibilities
1 Operations Management: - Manage processing of customer payments, general ledger accounting preparation & tracking of budgets and preparation of management reports. - Supervise daily process routines and provide guidance & training to team - Ensure that all stated RSPL processes and procedures are adhered to - Deal accurately and efficiently with all questions and queries arising from supplies, local market representatives (local finance and other functions)
2 Controls Management: - Ensure closure of internal audits on control matters - Compliance with accounting guidelines
3 Managerial Responsibility: - Review SLA reports and dashboards to assess team performance - Identify and initiate process improvement initiatives
