**Sales Executive for Real Estate Firm in Gurgaon**

APEX Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. Founded in 2011 is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. APEX is a Preferred Services Provider and Channel Partner to many of its clients and developers in the residential and commercial real estate space, including big names like DLF, M3M, and Trump Tower.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out and pursue sales opportunities through various market channels.
- Network to discover customer segments and generate leads for potential clients.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and deliver appropriate presentations on new projects and inventories available.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
- Negotiate and close deals and collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Handle customer concerns proactively and continuously pursue growth of personal network.
- Meet monthly targets and contribute towards company and personal growth.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possess a pleasing personality with own conveyance and a smart mobile.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

**Location**: Gurugram | **Timings**: 10am to 7pm (Tuesday Off)

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
