High-Value Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon, India

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential buyers, guiding them through the property buying process from initial inquiry to closing.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in high-value real estate sales, with a strong track record of successful transactions.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree.
