Sales and Marketing Executive

**Job brief**
The Sales Exec will be responsible for leading and managing the sales to achieve ambitious sales targets for our residential construction project in Karegaon, Ranjangaon MIDC. We are looking for an experienced professional well versed with sales, marketing and CRM in the residential real estate sector to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the residential construction market.
**Responsibilities**
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability for residential construction project.
- **Team Management**: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative environment to drive performance and professional growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. Taking responsibility for everything from client walk-ins to collections and handover
- **Client Co-ordination**: Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit their Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to adjust strategies and tactics to stay ahead in the market.
- **Sales Reporting**: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and project execution. Address any issues that may impact sales or customer satisfaction.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Utilize various channels including offline & online marketing, networking events, and industry partnerships.
Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
