Admin Front Office Executive

When guests arrive, she warmly welcomes them.
- In addition to in-person greetings, a front desk receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming calls.
- Managing all types of Registers such as Must roll register Return inwards and outwards register, Site visit Register, Visitors Register, Dispatch Register, Call Register, Staff maintain Register, Complaint Register.

.Schedule appointment
- Arrange meetings within the office
- Follow up and confirm arranged meetings
- Book tickets and rooms (for staffs)
- Make Arrangements for and trips (tours) or site visits
- Coordinating events in the office (birthdays of staff, occasions, awards for employees )
- Coordinating and ensure smooth functioning of office maintenance team
- Preparation of MOM of all management meetings.
- Fine tuning all outgoing and Incoming communications (Mails, bank, web app and Mobile app etc..)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,113.39 per month
