Front Desk/ Admin Executive

**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Travel desk management.
- Front office management.
- Guests & event management.
- Housekeeping of office premises.
- Maintenance of office fixtures and repairs.
- Organize, schedule & arrange conferences, meetings and appointments. Maintain contact details / address book.
- Stock of office supplies/stationeries and place orders when necessary. Maintain record of Admin related bills for payment.
- Good communication is must.
**Education**:
- Any Graduate
**Experience Required for the Job**:
- 1 to 3 Years
