- Following up: Following up on customer calls to ensure satisfaction, and escalating issues with management when necessary
- Proactively reaching out: Reaching out to prospects and customers to generate new sales opportunities
- Maintaining records: Organizing conversation records and maintaining member records
- Improving performance: Attending training sessions to stay up to date on company products, services, and policies, and recommending improvements for systems and processes

**Experience**:
