**About PSK Building Solutions**:
As a Front office Executive, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of front office operations, ensuring efficient administrative support, and Assisting the MD of the organisation. This role requires proficiency in people handling, good communication skills, and a solid understanding of front office procedures, housekeeping (HK), and Office adminstration.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Front Desk Management**:
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing meetings of MD
- Coordinating with payments and negotiations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure availability of necessary stationery.
**Operational Knowledge**:
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
- Demonstrate ample knowledge of front office procedures, housekeeping standards, and security protocols.
**Work Schedule and Flexibility**:
- Work six days a week as per the company's schedule requirement.
- Demonstrate flexibility to extend working hours as needed to accommodate business demands.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be a graduate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
