**Job Title : Principal - Scrum Master**

The initiatives that this team is involved in, have visibility at executive level and part of the firm’s multi-year commitment towards tech

**The Value You Deliver**
- You will have an opportunity to leverage your skills and knowledge to contribute to the team’s success as a scrum master.
- You will develop an understanding of the business domain in order to participate in discussions, planning, and provide feedback to drive the team and product forward
- You will be responsible for removing any impediments that that team might have.
- You will work with all stake holders of the project and will focus on delivery.
- You will work with the team on retros, planning, story building, assignments.
- You will enforce the need for automation where ever it is applicable in the project.
- You will embrace and promote the principles of Agile development, Continuous Integration/Delivery and DevOps

- You are well versed with Agile methodology.
- You have Strong communication skills, problem solving skills and adaptability
- You have Strong commitment to quality, documentation and engineering excellence
- You have Experience working with distributed teams in different time-zones
- You have excellent collaboration and Interpersonal skills
- You are good working with JIRA and JIRA Align.
- You have good experience in building dash board and report outs.
- You are aware of Object Oriented design and development skills.
- You are aware of the efforts required for migration to azure cloud platform

**The Skills that are Good to Have for this role**
- Knowledge of java and other distributed systems
- Knowledge of cloud
- Certification on CSPO and CSM
- You have Great attitude, being a mentor, team player and effective contributor
- You are Self-Motivated and resourceful. Confident and able to work alone as effectively as in a team

- 10+ years of IT experience
- 3+ years of experience as scrum master

**Shift timings**: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
