- Coordinating and Negotiating with Relevant Vendors and getting the best rates.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Oversee and supervise the work of housekeeping staff; maintain hygiene in office premises.
- Should have knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge in Photoshop/ Illustrator is preferred.
