Front Office Representative

Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Managing security and telecommunication systems
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in line
- Recording and maintaining office expenses
- Maintaining Company’s Extension and directory
- Preparing vouchers
- Receiving and dispatching couriers
- Handling travel arrangements
- Managing office inventory like stationary, pantry items, equipment and furniture
- Overseeing office services like cleaners, housekeeping and maintenance service providers
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
**Mandatory to Have**:
- 01 to 02 years of experience as proven working experience as Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role. Preferably Females
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Business
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Good telephone communication etiquette
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Active Listener
- Customer-Focused
Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
