**Job description**
1.Recruitments
- Plan human resource requirements, Design sourcing strategies for hiring domain specific talent, Manage internal and external recruitment channels.
3.Induction and Orientation
- Get the new employee to sign the school policy and make them through with all the rules and regulations.
4.Arrangements for new joining like punch machine enrollment, ID card, register entry, school app id, etc
6.Maintaining service books, personal file records of school employees, keeping a record of leaves as per the leaves policy and deductions accordingly. Planning and creating a staff school calendar.
7.Manage employee’s salary structures
- Security Deduction, PF, ESI, Bonus, Benefits and Taxation issues in coordination with accounts department.
8.To draft the Human Resource Manual of the school.
9. Timely renewal of the contracts of staff and vendors, issuing letters of extension of probation period.
10. Maintaining renewal of yearly licenses like Health & Hygiene, Safety, Fire, Affiliation processes etc.
12. To monitor and supervise overall maintenance/ hygiene / upkeep of the school.
13. Responsible for day to day administrative duties of the school and to provide administrative support to the Principal in order to meet the needs of the school, playing an active role in the smooth running of the school office.
14. Housekeeping Management - Monitoring and implementation of processes, building walkthrough, consumables and toiletries management, upkeep of building and Construction work, taking care of horticulture to maintain and upkeep the campus.
15. Maintaining all confidential records of the school.
16. Manage logistics, handle scheduling, record keeping, reporting, handling purchase procedures and planning material requirements and Budgets.
17. Preparing and submitting drafts of proposals, financial reports and other documents.
18. Preparing faculty evaluations, interview forms, third language, field trips/ excursion consent forms.
19. Responsible for making arrangements for school field trips, medical emergencies and for coordinating and organizing meetings/events/activities happening in the school.
20. Drafting and typing school policies and publications, Managing and handling all office documentation/ correspondence/ reports of management from the Principal's Office.
**Salary**: ₹11,505.90 - ₹35,104.88 per month
