We are seeking a highly motivated **MALE OFFICE ADMIN** to join our dynamic team.
**Location : Chandigarh, Punjab.**
**Experience **:Relevant experience up to 4+ years is preferred**.**

We help our clients with strategic advice and implementation, combining data-backed insights and in-depth ground intelligence into a holistic electoral campaign.

**About the Role**:
As a part of the Admin Team, you will have a chance to perform overall general office duties with minimum supervision.

**What Would This Role Entail?**
- Schedule and coordinate employee’s travel & accommodations.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
- Vendor Management.
- Track and place orders for office supplies, and deliver them to the respective departments.
- Other general administration duties as and when required.
- Ensure providing required documents to the finance department from the admin department related to vendors.
- Handling employee queries related to Admin.

**Necessary Skills**:

- Willingness to travel and work long hours
- Should have experience in **Vendor Management **and **travel arrangements.**:

- Should have at least 2 years’ of experience into Admin.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi Language is preferred.

**Good to Have Skills**:

- Good understanding of organizing, planning, and administration skills.
- Willing to work Reflexively and build strong relationships with employees.
- Bachelor's degree.

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**

**Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month**.
