MadOverFish India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning and Execution**:

- Collaborate with the CEO and other key stakeholders to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and initiatives for various departments.
- Monitor progress towards strategic objectives and adjust plans as necessary to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Directly manage and oversee the operations of all departments within the organization, including but not limited to, finance, human resources, sales, marketing, and product development.
- Implement efficient operational processes and systems to optimize productivity and performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Financial Management**:

- Work closely with the CFO to manage the company's financial performance and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial health and performance.
- Make strategic decisions to allocate resources effectively and maximize profitability.
- **People Leadership and Talent Management**:

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to department heads and employees, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles to support its objectives.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages employee engagement and professional growth.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and cohesion in achieving company objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between different functional areas, promoting synergy and coordination in pursuit of common goals.
- Resolve conflicts and address issues that may arise between departments or teams, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.
- **Risk Management and Compliance**:

- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities to the business and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Implement robust risk management processes and controls to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
- **Stakeholder Relations**:

- Represent the company to external stakeholders, including investors, customers, partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence in the company's leadership and vision.
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization, effectively communicating its mission, values, and achievements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Operations Head or equivalent, with a track record of success in driving operational excellence and business growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture and developing talent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of resilience and adaptability.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
