**About the Role**:
**AXIS Phone Banking Officer**

The Axis Phones Officer role is focused on rendering services to Axis Bank customers and ensuring satisfactory, first-time resolution is provided for all customer queries.

To be successful at this role the incumbent needs to be the best for our customers by ensuring process efficiency and cross-sell / upsell set products.

**Process**:Voice Process / Inbound Calls / approx. 80-100 calls per day (WORK FROM OFFICE)

**Job Type**:Full Time

**Shift Timing**: This role is rotational shift and week offs - 24/7 rotational shifts.

Work hours for Women: - 6:30 am to 9:30 Pm (rotational shifts)

2 days week off on rotational basis.

Week offs Any Random 2 days off / No Fixed Consecutive Offs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Solving customers’ queries / problems
- Delivering service with courtesy and accuracy
- Adhering to product and process requirements, with nil errors
- Escalating customer issues to the right internal stakeholders

Effectively resolving customer complaints with excellent customer satisfaction scores
- Complying to service and sales guidelines
- Achieving Call Quality targets
- Cross-sell / upsell set products like Loans and mortgages.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized institution (see eligibility below).
- 0-2 years relevant role in voice customer service.
- Please ensure there is no gap in studies/ no back logs.
- Open to work in shifts (rotational)

**Role Proficiencies**:

- Proficiency in systems related to Banking transactions and services.
- Good communication skills in both English and local language.
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skill.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to successfully work as a part of a team.
- High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹33,000.00 per month
