Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.

 

4Preferred Experience

Must have:

  1. Administration of the SBS Salesforce instance
  2. User Rights Management
  3. Manage minor fixes and configuration changes
  4. Reports and dashboards
  5. Power BI and / or Excel
  6. Ability to train/upskill on platforms like Outreach and Seismic
  7. Full understanding of the support process and experience in handling users
  8. Knowledge of data integration
  9. Knowledge of the sales process
  10. Producing metrics and reporting on the performance for the area of responsibility
  11. SQL/SOQL

 

Good to have:

  1. CRM A development / maintenance knowledge
  2. A development background (Apex) is preferred.
  3. Exposure to build & release in production.
  4. Outreach/Seismic

 

What you will do

  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and execution of the Salesforce CRM platform including support, configuration, maintenance, and improvement.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting errors and find innovative solutions.
  • Responsible for the fixing minor bugs and configuration changes.
  • Ensures the system availability, back-up & recovery, manage user access, data strategies - assist the business with the data governance & support - provide BAU support for CRM.
  • Think critically about the deliverables and plans for projects to ensure they align with the goals.
