**Designation : Company secretary**

**A. Academic Qualification** - Company Secretary (CS) with minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in practice or practicing Company Secretarial firm.

**B. Location of Work** - Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bangalore.

**C. Work timings**:Work from office** from Monday to Friday 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM & 9.30 AM to 1.30 PM on 1st

& 4th Saturday. 2nd & 3rd Saturday is an off.

**D. Relevant Experience** -Experience in Company Secretarial firm or consulting company, handling multiple clients would be considered relevant experience. Industry experience would not be considered as relevant experience.

**E. Employment type**: Full time dedicated role. Based on interview discussions, we would allow the professional to hold certificate of practice.

**G. Role and Job Description** - JD includes handling the below activities on hands-on basis
- 1. Actively work on formation of various legal entities - pre-set up, set up and post-set up activities.

2. Handle retainer activities on quarterly basis for retainer clients i.e., updating e-statutory register, prepare minutes of meeting of board of directors, prepare, & send MIS reports as per the letter of engagement.

3. Handle annual filings i.e., AOC4 & MGT7, DPT3, DIR3-KYC, MSME Filings, FLA etc

4. Good working knowledge related to Companies Act, FEMA, RBI & other Corporate Laws.

6. Assist clients in due diligence & post due diligence activities.

7. Assist with liaison matters with various Government authorities, MCA, RBI & other agencies.

8. Assist with drafting, opinions, advisory, reviews and audits of corporate law engagements.

9. Assist with drafting of agreements, MoU's, LOE's, contracts etc

10. Provide strategic consulting, advisory and support to corporate clients.

11. Support the management on all client engagements & deliveries related to expertise & profession.

12. Maintain and provide internal reports and trackers on work taken up, work completed, work in progress etc

**H. Other Relevant Points -**

1. Should possess good written communication skills.

2. Should have pleasant personality as the profile requires client interaction.

3. Should have multitasking abilities as the role requires handling of various activities simultaneously.

4. Experience of working with Subsidiaries & Domestic Companies is mandatory

5. Team Player with good coordination skills.

6. Should be local resident of Bangalore.

7. Should be able to give clear commitment of continuing to work with us for at least 2 years

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
