Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Company Secretary
- Good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Effective written communication
- Knowledge of company secretarial work
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries
- Organize and prepare agendas, papers, and minutes for board meetings and annual general meetings
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements
- Advise the board on corporate governance matters
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment
- Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures
- Handle correspondence, collate information, and write reports
- Provide legal and administrative support
- Assist in the formulation of strategic business plans
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
