**Job Description For Collection Executive**
1.Deal with customers diligently, courteously, and professionally while collecting payments.
2.Contact Students who have outstanding fees to appear in the next term examination.
3. Negotiating payment plans with students to ensure debts are paid off in a timely manner.
4 Providing students with information about their outstanding debts and the consequences in studies of non-payment.
5.Keeping detailed and accurate records of all collection efforts and communications with customers and clients.
6. Providing regular updates to management on the status of outstanding debts.
7. Following up with customers and clients on a regular basis to ensure that they are making payments on time and in accordance with their payment plans.
8. Respond to customer queries, fees receipts, solving their concern etc.
9.Provide accurate forecasting of collection promises and broken promises to the manager.
10. Retain customer loyalty while initiating processes for collection of payments.
11. Maintain and update records of customers from whom collections are made.
12.Maintain daily report of collection activity & accounts receivable status.
13.Maintain a record of the history of each transaction, to maintain the working Report

Pay: ₹18,327.73 - ₹21,311.02 per month
