**Role Responsibilities**
- To manage field support including providing guidance on compliance programs on demand, strategic/network team support, provide the necessary support to regional GFO teams for internal/external audits demands, act as iWatch champion: iWatch System Issues and Escalations.
- Conducting training support to GFO team members on compliance systems/processes incl. iWatch, QA, CRI, EFRAL.
- To provide training on newly implemented global compliance programs and manage training budgets.
- Manage monthly read-out session to discuss metrics, processes and overall performance in the region, communication of changes and updates in processes impacting regional GFO with the objective to use CSSC as the formal conduit to communicate these types of updates.
- Evaluate internal control and anti-money laundering compliance programs for agents through transaction analyses, compliance reviews and training sessions.
- Ability to work on projects under limited supervision and able to prioritize workload to achieve the team goals.
- Ability to query and analyze data to generate reports, analytics, and recommendations.
- Document and manage audit related processes and tasks.
- Interact with other internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions.

**Role Requirements**
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, risk management or banking with a minimum of one year experience in BSA Compliance.
- Proven ability to analyze, utilize industry standards and employ sound judgment to draw conclusions regarding the status of an agent's compliance program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with cross-functional roles.
- Strong training presentation skills and multi-tasking ability.
- Strong organizational & interpersonal skills with customer-centric mindset and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
