**MODERN TRADE / KEY ACCOUNTS**

**General Description**

Will be responsible for the Key Accounts **PAN India**, in line with the overall Trade Marketing and Communication Strategy. Will be managing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients. Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.

**Key Responsibilities**

Ø Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financial; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

Ø Identifies trendsetter ideas by searching industry and related events, publications and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.

Ø Developing productive long term relationships with customers, creating long term strategies with the clients. Achieving Sales Targets; preparing volume forecasts and plans

Ø Manages the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment..) by finding the most efficient solutions.

Ø Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

Ø Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partner’s needs and goals.

Ø Play a central role in steering Key Account Management in coordination with respective distributor’s management; with aim to continuously improve share of shelf vs. competitors and to amplify impact of product visibility on consumers. Company products being Impulse products - it becomes imperative to place company products on checkouts, in category, and occasionally in selective out of category.

Ø Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.

Ø Acquisition of new Accounts i.e. Tie-up with the modern retail chains/E-Commerce companies to promote the brand.

Ø Achieving Sales Targets; preparing volume forecasts and plans - Brand wise/ Store wise.

Ø Managing the on - time payments from all Clients.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
