**About Position**
Persistent is looking for a cloud engineer to work with and train up our engineering team to develop, implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solutions. The person will be responsible for deploying, supporting and ensuring the security of cloud infrastructure.
**What You'll Do**
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures
- Perform requirements gathering and solution sizing
- Perform monthly report
- Assist customer procurement of equipment/software
- Define procedures, processes and contact information with customer
- Configure URL/Content Filtering solution
- Perform weekly health/performance checks of solution
- Perform updates to URL/Content Filtering product
- Manage vendor Support
**Expertise You'll Bring**
- 5 Extensive knowledge with administering, installing and configuring Servers various versions (Exchange 2007 to 2019, O365)
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with Messaging related issues
- Well verse with Capacity and threshold management
- Strong knowledge in Active Directory
- Creating, Configuring, Managing and troubleshooting Group Policy objects (GPOs)
- Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively across various levels of the organization.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organization and process improvement skills.
- Ability to effectively handle pressures and demands of deadlines and competing priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential information and material with the highest degree of professional responsibility.
- Ability to interact with internal business partners at a senior and management level to clarify requirements and business needs for changes and enhancements.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet business needs, including prioritizing the work of others on the team.
- Ability to learn and utilize a working knowledge of broad business environment, energy industry, and corporate operations.
- Ability to promote cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables.
- Ability to identify and implement improvements and innovations that increase efficiency and enhance work quality.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, Exchange (Online/2016/2013/2010), Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business.
- Experience working in a ticketing system.
- Demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, company?s ethics code of conduct and other company policies and procedures.
- Respect and follow safety policies and regulations; scan the environment for objects or people who may pose a safety risk; encourage others to utilize safe and healthy work practices.
- Administration of AD/Azure AD/M365/SSO administration (L3 level and not L1/L2)
- Should have handled at least 1-2 M365 migrations with minimum 200+ users

- MCSE Certified or equivalent
- Skills / Knowledge - Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
