The Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SharePoint Developer to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing complex SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration, automate workflows, and improve information management across the organization.

Responsibilities :

SharePoint Development and Customization :

- Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Microsoft 365 APIs.

- Configure and customize existing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and content types.

- Integrate SharePoint with other business systems and applications using REST APIs and other integration tools.

Enterprise Search and Content Management :

- Implement strategies to optimize SharePoint search functionality for efficient information retrieval.

- Develop and maintain content management solutions to ensure information governance and compliance.

- Configure and manage metadata structures for effective content categorization and tagging.

Security and Governance :

- Implement robust security measures to control access and permissions within SharePoint sites.

- Establish and maintain governance policies for user adoption, content management, and site administration.

- Monitor SharePoint health and performance to ensure optimal system functionality.

User Experience and Adoption :

- Design user-friendly SharePoint interfaces and workflows to improve user experience and drive adoption.

- Develop custom branding and themes to enhance the visual appeal of SharePoint sites.

- Provide training and support to end-users on navigating and utilizing SharePoint functionalities effectively.

Technical Expertise :

- Possess in-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, functionalities, and best practices.

- Proficiency in SharePoint development tools and technologies (SPFx, CSOM, SSOM, Power Automate).

- Experience with cloud-based SharePoint environments (SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365).

- Understanding of modern web development concepts (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) is a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- 10+ years of experience working as a SharePoint Developer or in a similar role.

- Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and deploying complex SharePoint solutions.

- Strong understanding of SharePoint security, governance, and compliance best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication, collaboration, and training skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
