To strengthen our teams for Metro Rail Project in Madhya Pradesh, we are looking for:


Senior O&M Expert (m/f)


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in metro rail projects

Responsibilities:

Proven track record of preparing O&M budgets and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. Experience defining functional requirements for O&M activities across various domains (Operations, Maintenance Workshop, Control Room, EDP, and MMIS Systems) Familiarity with participating in design reviews and resolving O&M interface issues with the engineering department during the design phase. Expertise in developing and delivering operational analyses, O&M plans, manuals, procedures, training plans, and mobilization plans. Experience implementing training plans on-site and managing schedules for internal and external training programs. A knack for identifying and proposing optimized O&M solutions. Strong planning and strategizing skills for O&M activities. Ability to review and approve contractor-submitted O&M documents. Experience ensuring successful O&M strategy implementation during DLP (Defect Liability Period) A passion for supporting clients with statutory approvals (CMRS, RDSO, Railway Board) and during the initial operations phase.
