**Role Overview**:
We seek a motivated, experienced, and highly skilled Business Development Executive responsible for forging new business relationships in the home and commercial building sectors, particularly with architects. The primary goal of the Business Development Executive is to generate and qualify new sales leads, promote our company's products and services, and ultimately increase sales revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Lead Generation**: Develop new relationships with interior designers and architects to expand our customer base.

**-Product Promotion**: Create awareness of our products and Exhibit a thorough understanding of our products and services. Effectively communicate the pros and cons of our modular kitchen and wardrobe designs over others to potential clients.

**-Market Analysis**: Conduct regular market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

**-Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports, including but not limited to potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 6 months experience in field lead generation/business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong networking skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Understanding the architectural, construction, or home improvement industry will be a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
