**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company's administrative functions, including managing records, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and organizing company events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth running of all office systems.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's administrative operations.
- Oversee the procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are cost-effective and meet the company's needs.
- Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure that all administrative functions are carried out effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 10 years of experience in administrative roles within defense administrative services.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business administration or public administration) is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Must have a valid security clearance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
