**Job Title: Personal Relations Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Media Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.

2. **Brand Representation Management**:

- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of projects.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms for the organization.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise in vendor relationships in a timely and professional manner.

3. **Internal Communications**:

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
- Organize team-building activities and events to promote a positive work environment.

4. **Content Creation**:

- Able to create contents related to articles for publication.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communications materials as needed.
- Monitor media coverage and social media channels for mentions of the organization and respond appropriately.

5. **Crisis Management**:

- Develop and maintain crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate potential crises.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the organization during times of crisis, providing timely and transparent communication to stakeholders.
- Work closely with senior management to develop messaging and strategies for addressing crisis situations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in crisis management and/or public relations is preferred.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, or events.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Must have Mass Communication Graduate
- With Minimum work experience of 1yrs & above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,895.60 - ₹20,000.00 per month
