**Job Location**:Goregaon - Ambedkar Chowk, Hanuman Tekdi, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063

**Travel Required**:Yes. To Palghar and Vile parle office as and when required Showrooms all over India or Clients space in Mumbai (if required)

**Working Days & Timings**:Mon to Sat 10.15am to 6.45 pm

**Should have know **Kindly note this position requires someone with strong Ms Excel skills and cordination.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Efficient to coordinate with multiple teams and departments
- Efficient to coordinate with vendors
- Fully versed in Time & Action Master Calendar and all key dates of New Showroom or showroom renovation timeline
- Maintaining and analyze project workflow standards
- Collecting and organizing data in a way that is easy to interpret
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Communicate approval to purchase team and vendors
- Work closely with the space design team and VM team to support and provide right information required
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Daily update & track space project status, arrange site images, and perform follow ups to make everything runs as planned. Update Designers and the Brand managers with the schedule accordingly
- Provide appropriate information and documentation to account team for budget planning and allocation
- Work and collaborate with our family of brands
- Maintain cross-functional and cross-brand workflow processes and standards
- Participate in weekly meeting
- Work with design team members to maintain processes, to keep servers, files and preview sites to team
- Basic understanding of how to study floor plan
- Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Education: Should be a graduate or from a reputed college or University

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Space planning or interior design industry

Knowledge of sourcing

Basic knowledge of space workflow

Software Skills:
Should be a graduate or from a reputed college or University

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Space planning or interior design industry

Knowledge of sourcing

Basic knowledge of space workflow

Should have proficiency in MS Excel, Advanced excel operations and functions like Filters, Sorting for MIS reports

Good with Data management on Excel & Advance excel

Job Holder’s competency and Experience
- Good Inter personal skills
- Effective Verbal and listening communication skills
- Highly organized with a high level of attention to detail
- Able to create systems and efficiencies that will benefit the team
- Works well in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- Knowledge and interest in interior industry
- Calendar and planning expertise preferred
- Basic understanding of how to study floor plan
- Likes working with a wide variety of personalities and departments both internal and external.
- High level of previous work experience using Excel and Google docs. This includes knowing how to use and create formulas

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
