We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an office supervisor. The responsibilities of the supervisor/manager include optimizing our cab operations, making arrangements over the phone or the internet, providing guidance on cab arrangements,effective bookings,preparing bills and managing office accounts.To be a successful supervisor/ manager, you should have a strong working knowledge of travel/cab management processes and excellent attention to detail and supervising procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and respond to office calls and involve in effective booking
- Handling and overseeing all cab arrangements and operations
- Managing the company accounts and billing
- Negotiating with customers effectively
- Ensure compliance in all aspects of cab procedures
- Promote the business and deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations
- Working knowledge of MS Office - word,excel and company database software systems
- Excellent communication(oral and written ) and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Prior work experience in travels/cabs
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Deal with disciplinary matters and customer complaints
- Working hours : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
