Front Office Supervisor

Supervising front desk staff: The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for supervising and training the front desk staff, which includes receptionists and other FOAs.
Ensuring guest satisfaction: The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all guests receive excellent customer service, and that any complaints or issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Managing reservations: The Front Office Supervisor manages room reservations and ensures that all bookings are accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinating with other departments: The Front Office Supervisor works closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that guests have a seamless experience during their stay.
Handling financial transactions: The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions, as well as managing the hotel's financial records.
Maintaining front office equipment: The Front Office Supervisor ensures that all equipment, such as computers, telephones, and printers, are in good working order.
Enforcing hotel policies: The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for enforcing hotel policies and ensuring that all staff members are aware of and adhere to them.
Reporting to management: The Front Office Supervisor reports to the hotel's management team and provides regular updates on front desk operations, guest satisfaction, and any issues that arise.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
