Job Descriptions

Graduate with Excellent Comm Skills - Written and Verbal

Banking Call Centre Voice Background is Mandatory.

Have Prior Hands-on Experience of min 1-2 years as Team Leader or Asst Manager, having managed Banking Client interactions and escalations.

Will include late night / early morning shifts or extended hours so personal transport preferred. Should have been managing 10-15 members team size of directly reporting to him in a 24/7 Rotational Shift set up.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Outlook)

Present profile should include MIS, Team Performance Evaluation and Analytics, etc.

Present profile should preferably include training team members.

Call Monitoring with Soft Skill Training background is added advantage.

**Salary**: From ₹17,000.00 per month
