**Position: Sales Executive**

**Experience**:
1-4 years of relevant sales experience

**Salary Expectations**:
INR 3.5 to 5 lakhs per annum

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Passion for fitness and martial arts

As a Sales Executive at Knockout Fight Club, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with potential members. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

2. Identifying and prospecting potential members through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

3. Conducting sales presentations, facility tours, and consultations to highlight the benefits of joining our Martial Arts gym.

4. Building rapport with potential members and understanding their fitness goals and needs to provide tailored recommendations.

5. Handling inquiries and guiding prospects through the membership enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.

6. Following up with leads and maintaining a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and nurture leads.

7. Collaborating with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events to drive membership sales.

8. Attending industry events, trade shows, and community activities to promote the gym and generate leads.

9. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify sales opportunities.

10. Providing regular reports on sales activities, conversions, and revenue performance to the Sales Manager.
