**Job Summary**:
As a Jewelry Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating magical moments for our customers. You will assist in showcasing our stunning range of jewelry, providing expert advice, and ensuring every customer finds the perfect piece that resonates with their style and sentiment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Understand customer preferences and guide them in selecting jewelry that suits their taste and occasion.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our jewelry collection, including materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship.
- Stay updated on industry trends to better assist customers in making informed choices.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in achieving targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting our latest collections.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and facilitate a seamless sales process.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Contribute to the visual appeal of the store by assisting in maintaining attractive and organized displays.
- Collaborate with the team to create captivating window displays to draw in customers.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Build lasting relationships with customers by ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights and collaborating to achieve collective sales goals.
- Assist in training new team members on product knowledge and customer service standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
