GRD Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers in Guwahati, Assam.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and personalized interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing customers.
- Provide valuable feedback from customers to the sales and marketing teams to enhance our products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Sheets.
